If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Purpose of Position: The Delhi Historical Society Museum Intern supports the mission of the Delhi Historical Society by assisting the staff with reviewing and entering digital photographs into the collections database for preservation. Duties & Responsibilities: Enter digital photos that have been catalogued into the collections database. Enter the catalogue information and description of each photo into the collections database. Ensure the accuracy of all information given. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Must be a currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University Must be eligible for Federal Work Study. Must be detail orientated and reliable. Must have daytime and Sunday availability. Interest in History or Education preferred. Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Basic knowledge of a computer is preferred, but DHS will train. This is a Federal Work Study (FWS) position. Meaning, that hours worked will be paid to the student through a Federal grant that is awarded to the student. FWS positions are available for the academic year only, FWS is not available during the summer. Students may not exceed the funds that are awarded to them. When the awarded amount has been met the student may no longer work in an FWS position, both the student and supervisor will be notified when/if this were to occur. *Please note that not all Work Study that is awarded to students is Federal Work Study.
