About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and direct patient care within various healthcare settings across the United States. Your primary focus will be to support patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to the physical and emotional needs of patients. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid CNA certification recognized in the state of employment within the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited CNA training program.

  • Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure accurately.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including helping patients move safely and using medical equipment as needed.
  • Observe and report any changes in patients’ physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Support patients emotionally by offering companionship and responding to their needs with empathy and respect.
  • Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of nursing staff, following established care plans.
