Health & Safety: Administer medications as prescribed, monitor health concerns, and maintain emergency equipment. Report health changes and incidents promptly. Financial Assistance: Help clients manage budgets, maintain spending records, and organize receipts. Community Engagement: Support clients in participating in community activities and accessing local resources. Client Development: Work closely with clients to meet their personal goals, ensuring PCSPs are implemented and documented effectively. Home Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, assisting with cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Automobile liability insurance as required by the State of Kansas. Preferred: One year of experience providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Skills and Abilities Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
