In this member-facing role, you’ll provide outstanding service, support, and communication to help our members reach their financial goals. You won’t just process transactions—you’ll build meaningful relationships, guide members toward smart financial decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor every step of the way.  You’ll be responsible for opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications, and performing a variety of account transactions using cutting-edge technology—all while delivering an exceptional member experience. Open new accounts, process loans from application to closing, and complete various financial transactions. Educate members about Sharonview’s digital tools, mobile banking, and other self-service options. Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities proactively. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations. Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview, both inside and outside the branch.  What We're Looking For: A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for service and sales. One year of customer service experience is required, focusing on interacting with people and delivering high-quality service. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient with various computer software applications, including MS Word and MS Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn in-house application software. Possess the ability to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish proficiently to effectively communicate with members. Strong service orientation, continually seeking ways to help members meet their financial needs and solve problems. Loan Rate Knowledge. Understand how to calculate loan rates for various products and clearly explain APRs to members. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work independently in a self-motivated environment. Must be able to obtain an NMLS license within the first 45 days in the role. Physical Demands Primarily sedentary work that involves extended periods of sitting/standing, with extensive computer use. Repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and fingers. Light physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds. Requires consistent verbal communication and active listening. Regular interaction with others through various means, including voice, email, and messaging platforms (e.g., Teams). Occasional movement to complete tasks or transition between worksites.
