Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly? We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Office Support & Customer Service Representative to join our team.In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting essential business operations. From processing orders and assisting customers to maintaining accurate records and supporting multiple departments, you'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional service our customers expect.

 

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist customers visiting our office.
  • Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the appropriate team members.
  • Provide professional, friendly support to customers and internal teams.
  • Help ensure a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery.

 

Support Order Processing & Operations

  • Enter and process customer orders received through online, phone, mail, fax, and walk-in channels.
  • Verify product availability, pricing, and customer account information.
  • Process order acknowledgments and assist with credit-related updates.
  • Support order maintenance and updates across company systems and websites.
  • Assist with billing activities, including confirming shipped orders.
  • Serve as a backup for check processing and bank deposits.
  • Help manage documentation related to Canadian shipments and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize business systems and office technology to maintain accurate records and workflow efficiency.

What You Bring

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, clerical support, or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with data entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
