At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we create unforgettable guest experiences by delivering True Hospitality for Good—every guest, every stay, every shift. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.
This role is essential to ensuring smooth overnight operations, exceptional guest service, and accurate financial reporting while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Your Day-to-Night Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional guest service during overnight hours
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions
- Accurately close out the business day in the hotel PMS system
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports
- Maintain front desk security and safety during overnight hours
- Communicate effectively with morning staff and management to ensure seamless transitions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic accounting or cash-handling experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Comfort working overnight shifts and flexible scheduling
