Job Title: Production Associate

Position Overview

The production associate is responsible for managing the flow of materials and consumable required to maintain efficient plant operations. This role coordinates shipping and receiving activities to ensure on time deliveries to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables and production supplies to ensure continuous operations.
  • Place purchase orders for consumables and materials in line with company purchasing policies.
  • Will assist with contacting vendors for delivers, confirmations, returns and replacements.
  • Responsible for verifying all incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality to forecast material needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Responsible for reporting any damage or inconsistencies to quality and purchasing as needed.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Oversees physical receipt and outbound shipment preparation.
  • May stop or hold shipments due to documentation errors or nonconformities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Filed Required. 
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience Required. 
  • Skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/or other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain database Required.
  • SAP Knowledge Preferred.
  • Manufacturing background Preferred.
