Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, lead our Office Assistants and Concierge teams, and provide administrative support to the Executive Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys leadership, organization, and creating exceptional customer service experiences. This position follows a regular Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional on-call Concierge coverage responsibilities and participation in the Manager on Duty weekend rotation.   What You'll Do As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you'll oversee daily office operations while leading a team that helps keep our community running smoothly. Leadership & Team Management Lead and develop the Office Assistants and Concierge teams. Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, hiring, and training. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service. Provide hands-on support and coverage when needed. Office & Administrative Operations Ensure efficient day-to-day business office operations. Oversee office equipment, supply inventory, and workspace organization. Maintain administrative systems, databases, and internal communications. Develop and update policies, procedures, and operational documentation. Executive Support Act as a key administrative resource to the Executive Director. Coordinate contracts, vendor documentation, and operational projects. Partner with department leaders to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery. Financial & Business Administration Prepare and manage the annual Support Services budget. Review and approve purchase orders and invoices. Support billing functions and financial reporting as requested. Track guest room utilization and submit monthly reporting. Community & Resident Engagement Respond professionally to resident, family, and visitor inquiries. Coordinate community events, programs, and special projects. A minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, support, and develop staff. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
