General Laborer

Hours: Mon.-Fri. 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 

Job Overview:

As a Laborer you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of our renowned products. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and dedication will be valued.

Job Duties:

• Remove weld splatter using a chisel, scraper, and/or grinder

• Prepare material for painting by removing all oil, grease, mud, dirt, etc.

• Sand rust off steel, wash, and prep steel

• Sand primed surfaces

• Safe operation of forklift

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area

• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Attendance and punctuality are essential function of this position

• Proficiency in using power tools and mechanical knowledge is advantageous

• Strong aptitude for working with hand tools efficiently

Physical Demands:

• Standing/Walking - Must be capable of standing and/or walking 8-9 hours continuously
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work day
• Repetitive Motions - Employee must be capable of performing substantial motions of the wrists, hands, arms, waist, and legs for up to 8-9 hours a day
