JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for friendly, outgoing candidates with restaurant and bar experience to support the Bar & Grill area of our new facility expansion. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members, including prompt and attentive order taking and delivery of food and beverages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, attentive and prompt customer service to members
• Fulfill member requests for food and beverages in a high energy, family-friendly environment
• Opening and Closing the bar area
• Prepping garnishes before service starts
• Cleaning and restocking glassware
• Maintaining a clean work area throughout each shift
• Operating cash register
• Attend staff meetings
• Follow daily and weekly duties
• Maintain professionalism when not assisting customers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Must be highly motivated and energetic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• An understanding of food and beverage operations
• Must be a team player, willing to cover or trade shifts when necessary
• Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred
