 HVAC Service Technician

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician in our Blue Ash, Ohio location to service the Greater Cincinnati area.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Build trust with homeowners by listening, educating, and recommending the right solutions—not just the most expensive one
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns referrals and repeat business
• Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and fellow technicians to keep the day running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional jobsite
• Participate in ongoing training and continue growing your technical skills
• Help mentor newer technicians and apprentices

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to know everything—but you do need to want to get better every day and know how to utilize your resources and team to find the answers.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced and confident in residential HVAC with EPA 608 Certification
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills across systems: furnaces, AC's, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
• Professional, dependable, and safety-minded
• Great with people and comfortable talking with homeowners
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Motivated by personal and team success
• Coachable and eager to continue learning
• Someone who takes pride in representing a company and brand they believe in
