JOB SUMMARY:
The RF Supervisor assumes primary responsibility for supervising the day to day activities of the RF Technicians; as well as work with them to prepare wireless equipment per client or operations coordinator specifications within the scope of Clair's mission and core values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Prioritize and delegate RF equipment projects
· Supervise the day to day activities of the RF Department
· Train RF Technicians to follow Clair procedures for gear
· Coordinate with RF Applications specialists to optimize RF deployments
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

· Working knowledge of Clair gear, workflow, and customer service oriented culture
· General understanding of Microsoft Office and ERP systems with a willingness to improve knowledge base moving forward
· Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing, in person, and over the phone so others will understand
· Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment
· Ability to work as part a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions
· Strong technical and people problem solving skill set
· Tech savvy with a genuine interest in learning new technologies
· Willingness to accept all jobs assigned
· Passion for electronics and the audio industry
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years' professional level audio experience
· Experience using basic hand and power tools
· Working knowledge of the functions of an ERP system
· Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching employees
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Coordinate inventory management
· Monitor ERP system for inventory availability and communicate system needs within department and to other departments and locations
· Organize and maintain RF equipment and department work area
· Order parts and maintain inventory for the RF department
· Test coax cable and antennas using a Spectrum Analyzer/Tracking Generator
· Responsible for maintaining, testing, and set up of combiners
· Responsible for encouragement and coaching of employee and departmental growth, and providing staff performance guidelines
· Resolve department conflicts
· Other duties as assigned.
