PantherCreek Physical Therapy and Balance is seeking an experienced physical therapist to join our Estacada office in a clinic manager role. This position includes a monthly bonus, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to lead in a supportive environment.

Our therapist-owned clinics have served the Clackamas community since 1989, with locations in Clackamas, Molalla, Estacada, and Lake Oswego. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care and a sustainable work environment for our team.

Our clinics offer:

  - One-on-one patient care with no double booking
  - Private treatment rooms and well-equipped gyms
  - Flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour days with Fridays off
  - A manageable caseload of 12 patients per 8-hour day, with paid charting time
  - A strong focus on hands-on manual care and excellent patient outcomes
