Pay: Up to $14.00/hr

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9:00p - 5:00a)

Brandon Wilde is recruiting for a hospitality focused Environmental Services Associate/Floor Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing primarily floor tech and porter functions throughout the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing.
Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.
