Base Salary: $60,000 to$100,000 annually DOE
Commission: Targetcommission of $63,000 annually

Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible forselling telecommunications and network connectivity services while creating andmanaging the relationships with strategic Enterprise business accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients astheir trusted adviser at-all levels of the organization.
· Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business andtechnical challenges, operating environment, capabilities, and goals to developthe right solution to meet their needs.
Sales & Business Development
· Be adept at selling into new logos as well as existingaccounts.
· Prospecting, cold calling, and selling our Fiber Optictelecom products.
· Responsible for selling all Fiber Optic Voice and Datasolutions.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
· Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel and pipeline.
Other Duties
· Performs other duties as required to support the business andevolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience managing a full salescycle from prospecting through closing.
· Experience developing and maintaining business, sales, &account plans as well as negotiating & closing complex deals.
· Experience selling into a variety of industries andterritories as well as experience cultivating larger, strategic relationships.
· Must be able to demonstrate business to business telecomsales record at a high level of achievement.
· Be proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in afast-paced environment.
· Capacity to work on cross-functional projects and teams.
· Ability to leverage internal resources to problem-solve.
· Must have reliable transportation and willing totravel as needed.
· Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license,auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

· Strong prospecting, selling, and closing skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.
· Demonstrated ability to consistently meet salesquotas.
· Strongverbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizationalskills.

· Abilityto leverage internal resources to problem-solve.
· Abilityto drive on behalf of the company in a safe and responsible manner.

Work Environment and Additional Information
Work is performed in an office setting withexposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer,keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily amodern office setting.
