Hourly Rate: $25–$40 and hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite in our Everett, WA office or remote working in PST time zone. **Must have experience in Workday and/or Home Care Home base.

What A Payroll Specialist Will Do:
- Process biweekly payroll for a home health and hospice agency using Workday and HCHB, ensuring accurate timecards, deductions, and earnings.
- Manage hourly, salaried, contract, per diem, and per-visit pay models, including mileage reimbursement, travel stipends, and performance-based bonuses.
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate records for audits.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality across all payroll functions.
Healthcare Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of payroll experience, in home health and hospice.
- Proficiency in Workday HRIS and HCHB EMR required.
- Strong Excel and data management skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll laws and accounting principles.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
