At Independence Rehab, we specialize in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care). We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team at Bethany at Silver Lake and Everett Transitional Care Services. You will split time between these wonderful skilled nursing facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

  • Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

  • Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care

  • Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship

We're Looking For:

  • A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington

  • A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly

  • Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting

  • Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
