Role and Responsibilities

Our resin manufacturing company is seeking Blenders to facilitate the manufacturing of resin. Blenders will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. Blenders also ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately.  We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic individuals who can perform in a plant working environment with varying climates seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level in terms of quality and environmentally safe products. We are hiring for both 1st (5a-5p) and 2nd (5p-5a) shifts. All training takes place on 1st shift (7a-5p) for approximately 45 days.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Start assembly and production machinery at beginning of shift.
  • Load reactors with materials in various stages.
  • Monitor and observe production to ensure the flow of production is not interrupted.
  • Monitor control boards that control production temperatures to meet specifications.
  • Perform sampling and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Ensures the production area is clean and free of debris.
  • Responsible for moving materials to production areas.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines dictation of the production and handling of materials in a factory.
  • Ensure that production deadlines are met.
  • Report issues or problems to immediate Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • Complete production daily tasks as required.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist in other departments as needed; cross training provided


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • General math.
  • 3 years’ experience large scale blending, mixing, batching
  • Experience operating machinery or equipment.
  • Must past drug and background.
