Position Overview:
 Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified, dedicated professional to serve as the Peak Coordinator for The Peak Airmen Ministry Center at Travis Air Force Base, California. The Peak Coordinator serves as the central resource person, advisor, and program manager for The Peak Airmen Ministry Coordinator, operating under the leadership and supervision of the 60th Air Mobility Wing (AMW) Chaplain Corps, this position is designed to foster spiritual resilience, community connection, and morale among unchaperoned, first-term, and unaccompanied Airmen living in the base dormitories.

Schedule:
Daily, Monday through Sunday from 5:30 PM TO 9:00 PM (Special events may necessitate the Peak to operate on an extended basis, or beyond normal stated operating hours, which will be coordinated and approved in advance by the Peak Chaplain or The Religious Affairs Airmen.)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that the peak is stocked with appropriate religious literature approved by the Peak Chaplain
  • Planning and executing events that align with the center’s mission (spiritual growth, community building, leadership development, service and peer-to-peer connection.)
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring and scheduling the Airmen Leadership Team that develops and implements programs to achieve the mission of The Peak.
  • Maintaining a tidy, safe, and healthy space that complies with working conditions.
  • Monitoring and restocking the coffee bar, snack station, and beverages as needed, ensuring the center is fully supplied with snacks, drinks, and paper products.
