We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Akron/Canton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and upholding security protocols. Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.
- Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in training security staff on security best practices.

Qualifications:
-Experience working in security.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills are essential.
- Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.

- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.

We are currently hiring unarmed security officers to pick up shifts at our locations in Akron/Canton area. This is a FLEX position, meaning you will not have a set schedule each week. Hours may vary between 20-29 hours per week.
