Window Treatment Installer 

Rochester, NY Full-Time | $26–$32/hr 

Good with your hands? We're upstate New York's go-to name in luxury, custom window treatments family-owned since 2000, with our own in-house workroom. Our installers aren't gig workers bouncing between random jobs; you'll run a real route, in a company van, with tools and an iPad already set up for you.

No window treatment experience needed. If you've got 1–3 years in carpentry, finish carpentry, or a similar field trade HVAC, flooring, appliance install, home services we'll train you on the rest.

What you get:

• $26–$32/hr based on experience 
• Company van + gas card no wear on your own vehicle

What the day looks like:

• Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm, with flexibility to complete installs
• Install schedule may occasionally vary- with all work M-F
• Grab the company van, load up your jobs, and run your own route
• Measure and install blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies
• Snap a few after photos so the client (and you) can see the finished work
• Head home no second job of paperwork waiting for you

What you need:

• 1–3 years in carpentry or a similar trade with local travel/independent scheduling
• Comfortable on ladders and at 6–12ft, and lifting up to 60+ lbs
• Good with hand and power tools, sharp eye for detail
• Self-directed enough to manage your own schedule
