Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Tele Engineering Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to:.
What You'll Be Doing:
Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
Work on complex problems and provide creative solutions.
Provide engineering specialist advice and expertise to the organization.
Lead a technically and experientially contrasted team.
Design, research and develop highly advanced applications which contribute to new product/business opportunities.
Perform responsibilities as needed associated with the position.
Architect and maintain robust log ingestion pipelines.
Design, develop, implement, and optimize advanced correlation rules, use cases, and detection logic.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or 12 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of network related tools such as Wireshark, Netcool, Solarwinds.
Proficient in the creation of Cyber Security policies to better defend the Network.
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Potential to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required.
Knowledge of system engineering tools.
Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to details.
Security Clearance Requirement:
