Small Overhead Crane Operator- 2nd Shift

Hours: 2:00 pm - 12:30 pm or 4:00 pm - 2:30 AM (M-TH)

Training: 1st Shift for 2-4 weeks working 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Rate of Pay: $23 - 28/HR + $1.00 Shift Differential for 2:00 pm start time or $2.00 Shift differential for 4:00 pm start time

$3,000 New Hire Retention Bonus- 

  $250- on hire, $750 at 90 days, $1000 after 6 months, and $1000 at 1 year

**Must have Overhead Crane experience (15 or 30 Ton Cranes)

• Operate overhead cranes & remote controls safely to move and position materials
• Work closely with a talented team to support production goals
• Be a key player in quality control and efficiency
• Grow your skills with on-the-job training and development
• Assist the Laser Operator with stacking and loading the correct materials
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Operating 15 and 30 Ton Cranes

• Experience with overhead crane operation (remote control preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
