Internship Duration: Onsite in Farmington, CT from January 2027 - August 2027 At least 24 hours weekly

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Production Planning team with new product introductions
  • New material set up
  • BOM allocations
  • Creating and maintaining Supply Chain performance metrics
  • On-time delivery
  • On-time shipments
  • On-time container booking
  • Vessel delays
  • Rolled containers
  • Optimizing purchasing parameters in SAP
  • Develop tools and workflows to evaluate and maintain the pre-planning parameters
  • Other related duties as designated by manager.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player. The position requires an Industrial, Mechanical, Computer, Manufacturing Engineering major and programming skills (e.g., VBA, C#)
