Job DetailsJob Location: Three Rivers Estates - Farmington, NM 87401Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Category: Management Reviews and documents daily in the communication log as appropriate. Reviews new orders and EMAR daily. Supervises and reviews the transcription process, medication and equipment ordering, pharmacy cycle fill. Performs resident care coordination and communication with outside agencies and medical providers. Reviews alert charting. Reviews incident reports as needed. Reviews cleanliness and organization of medication room. Reviews, supervises and assists with resident care as needed. Performs medication pass. Assists residents ADLs. Reviews and documents on the service plan as needed. Attend service plans review as needed. Reviews and responds to Community IQR audits to ensure compliance. Assist and/or conduct the orientation for new team members. Schedule the exit-training interview, with new team members and review of skill checklist. Performs all other duties as assigned by any member of leadership. QualificationsQualifications: Keep all required licensure in good standing at all times. Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs. Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs. Ability to continuously walk or stand. Universal Precautions: Potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Potential exposure to communicable diseases.
