SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
Enjoy incredible work-life balance with a highly flexible schedule. This role includes 3–4 days per week in clinic or school settings and if a CCC-SLP 1 day providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, paperwork, and telehealth services.
Full-time, part-time, or contract options available.
Compensation can be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate, based on your preference.

Compensation
$35 per 30-minute session
$70 per evaluation (Negotiable)
ORGuaranteed Hourly Rate: $32–$40/hour, commensurate with experience

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, You Will:
Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
Conduct engaging, client-centered assessments
Develop and implement fun, effective therapy plans

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed)
North Carolina SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
A passion for changing lives through communication
