This is a rapidly growing post-acute established practice.Â
Currently, we are looking to fill an immediate full-time position for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic practice. NP will work with sub-acute and long term patients with supervising Physicians in the south Tacoma/Olympia region. We provide training, flexible schedules, full autonomy, and full clinical support.Â

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Utilize EMR systems to maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in nursing.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
Skills:
The Advanced Practice Provider will utilize clinical assessment skills daily to accurately diagnose and treat patients, ensuring that care plans are tailored to individual needs. Knowledge of geriatrics allows the practitioner to address the unique health challenges of these populations effectively. Collaboration and communication skills are essential for working within interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
