The company provides opportunities for continual training and gaining additional experiences in the industry. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for servicing and repairing all types of Plumbing equipment. Responsible for reading blueprints to diagnosis, troubleshoot, analyze, and locate the malfunction on the Plumbing Unit Be able to replace the defective or worn parts and then make any necessary adjustments. Provide suggestions for increased energy efficiency and setting controls to determine that a system is working properly. Install and / or assist in the installation of Plumbing equipment when needed. Responsible for meeting the customer’s needs and providing excellent positive customer service. Responsible for meeting quarterly goals SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of service experience in the Plumbing industry Journeyman or Master License highly preferred Clean and Clear Driving Record  Good clear communication skills  Self-motivated and be able to work with minimal to no supervision. Must be a team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic. Mentorship- willing to cross train others. Must be flexible with work hours, will be responsible to be part of an On Call rotation. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Driving a company vehicle.  This job operates in the field, and you will be entering the customers’ homes and or place of business.   Working in hot attics or cold places must always provide an excellent and positive attitude toward the customer. While performing the duties of this job in the field, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions due to weather. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, pull, kneel, crouch or crawl. May need to be in restrictive spaces such as an attic or a crawl space.  May need to climb a latter to access the Plumbing equipment on the roof.  The employee must occasionally pull, lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
