The Opportunity

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Georgetown, Ohio to help residents build skills for safer, more independent daily living. In this role, you'll carry out occupational therapy interventions under an OT's direction, support individualized treatment plans, document care clearly, and collaborate with the care team to keep goals moving forward.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current COTA/OTA licensure or certification as required in Ohio
- Experience or interest in nursing and senior care settings
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-focused approach

A Typical Shift

You'll start by reviewing the day's schedule and notes, then move between resident rooms and therapy spaces to support progress on meaningful routines. Expect frequent check-ins with the OT and nursing team, quick adjustments as residents' needs change, and time set aside to complete documentation before wrapping up.
