Founded in 1953, Coleman Oil Company has been a trusted fuel distributor serving the Pacific and Inland Northwest for more than 70 years. Headquartered in Lewiston, Idaho, the company has built a strong reputation for safety, operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and community involvement. Under three generations of family leadership, Coleman Oil expanded its network of fuel terminals and distribution facilities throughout the region before joining the NorthStar Energy family of companies in 2025.

What You’ll Do
Â
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately handling sales, vehicle cleanliness, and preparing accurate paperwork. Â Must always work to continuously improve products, services, and work processes and strive to meet or exceed expectations.
- Accurate loading and delivery of bulk oil and fuels in a timely, safe manner
- Ensure vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Accurate preparation of invoices, including pricing and tax information
- Preparing and delivering of petroleum package goods
- Perform plant maintenance as requested by the supervisor
- Have knowledge of products and services offered
- Perform other duties, projects, etc., as assigned by supervisor
Skills & Experience
- CDL required
- HazMat preferred but not required.
- Must be able to drive in all seasons and types of weather.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and road test
- Dependable and prompt
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service abilities
- Works well on own; self-motivated

- Days Off – Employees will accrue two weeks’ vacation per year, one personal day on the 1st of January each year, five days sick leave per year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
- Other – CDL drivers will be eligible for a quarterly Performance Bonus after 90 days of employment.
