About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and patients. You'll play a critical role in creating a compassionate experience for pet owners while helping our medical team provide exceptional care.

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, compassion, and empathy
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment requests
• Gather patient information and assist with urgent care triage
• Recognize emergencies and promptly alert medical staff
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
• Explain services, treatment plans, hospital policies, and financial expectations
• Process payments and third-party financing applications (CareCredit, Scratchpay, Cherry, All Pet)
• Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communication
• Support administrative tasks and inventory needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming client environment
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive hospital culture

• Previous veterinary client service experience required
• Urgent care or emergency veterinary experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with veterinary software, scheduling systems, and payment processing platforms
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with animal handling and restraint techniques preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with teammates

Schedule Expectations

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work a combination of:

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays

Schedules are posted several weeks in advance to support planning and work-life balance.

Hospital Hours

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
