Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team member Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development QualificationsQualifications: 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role. Assisted living and Memory Care experience preferred For state of Virginia must be licensed with DSS as a Assisted Living Facility Administrator.
