Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona is seeking motivated and professional Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing dealership team in Flagstaff, AZ.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant or a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in the automotive industry. Automotive experience is preferred, but candidates with successful backgrounds in retail sales, hospitality, furniture, wireless, real estate, or other commission-based sales are encouraged to apply.

Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  

• Build relationships with new and returning customers
  

• Prospect for new customers through phone calls, internet leads, referrals, and showroom traffic
  

• Respond to online leads and customer inquiries
  

• Present and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles and features
  

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  

• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
  

• Maintain accurate customer information and activities in the CRM
  

• Meet and exceed monthly vehicle sales goals
  

• Maintain current knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, technology, and financing options
  

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or dealership experience is preferred
  

• Sales experience in retail, hospitality, furniture, wireless, real estate, or another customer-facing industry is a plus
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  

• Competitive, motivated, and self-driven
  

• Strong customer service skills
  

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
  

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and Saturdays as scheduled
