CT Technologist - Weekend Only Work - Night Shift - CT Scan Department

Job Summary

1. Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders. 
2. Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
3. Review images for clarity and completeness before submission to radiologists. 
4. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
5. Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
6. Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed. 
7. Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families. 
8. Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule: 72 Hours Biweekly. Night 7p – 7am; Weekend Only Work, Friday – Sunday

Qualifications/Education/Training: 

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences preferred. 
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in radiologic technology.
• CT-specific experience preferred. 
• ARRT (R) certification required. 
• ARRT (CT) certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. 
• Current BLS certification required. (American Heart Association) 
• State licensure (if applicable). 
• Proficiency in CT imaging techniques and equipment. 
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
