CT Technologist - Weekend Only Work - Night Shift - CT Scan Department

Job Summary
- Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders.Â
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Review images for clarity and completeness before submission to radiologists.Â
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.Â
- Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families.Â
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule: 72 Hours Biweekly. Night 7p – 7am; Weekend Only Work, Friday – Sunday
Qualifications/Education/Training:Â
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences preferred.Â
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in radiologic technology.
- CT-specific experience preferred.Â
- ARRT (R) certification required.Â
- ARRT (CT) certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.Â
- Current BLS certification required. (American Heart Association)Â
- State licensure (if applicable).Â
- Proficiency in CT imaging techniques and equipment.Â
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.Â
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
