Job DetailsJob Location: Camco Plant - FLORENCE, KY 41042-3010Job Shift: 1st ShiftResponsible for blending raw materials according to specified formulas and procedures in a manufacturing environment.   Following Blending Instructions:  Read and meticulously follow instructions provided on the blending sheet. Log lot numbers accurately to maintain traceability.  Material Preparation:  Identify the correct raw materials required for the blend.  Retrieve the necessary items and prepare the blending area.  Safety and Quality Assurance:  Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safety, integrity, and product quality.  Promptly recognize and report any safety issues related to products or equipment.  Weighing and Mixing:  Weigh raw materials according to production orders.  Blend chemicals precisely based on established guidelines.  Independent Work and Team Collaboration:  Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.  Foster good work habits and consistently follow established processes.  Equipment Maintenance:  Keep blending equipment operational by:  Following operating instructions.  Troubleshooting breakdowns.  Maintaining supplies.  Performing preventive maintenance.  Requesting repairs when needed.  Communication and Dependability:  Be a team player with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).  Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance as per company policy.  Qualifications Ability to focus and stay on task  Basic math skills  Capability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift  Adaptability to change  Willingness to wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, and dust mask.  Ability to pass the respirator fit test  High School Diploma or Equivalent  1-2 years of manufacturing blending experience.
