Production Installer

As a Crew Laborer with MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions, you’ll be part of a team that goes into customers’ homes to install high-quality foundation and crawlspace solutions safely, efficiently, and professionally. Your work will do more than repair a home—you’ll help protect one of the biggest investments a homeowner will ever make and give them peace of mind.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Crew Laborer, you will:

• Work alongside a crew to complete crawlspace, foundation repair, and moisture-control projects
• Safely install MidSouth products and systems according to company standards
• Load, unload, and properly maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, safe jobsite
• Follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with your crew
• Work in crawlspaces and other confined areas when required
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Treat customers and their homes with respect and professionalism
• Help create a remarkable customer experience from start to finish
• Learn new skills and construction techniques through hands-on training
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of the entire team

Requirements

So you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you.

· A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

· Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight.

· Ability to work overtime.

· All job offers are considered conditional until candidate has completed required background & motor vehicle check and drug screening.
