About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Platform Engineer to join our growing team in Florham Park, NJ. In this role, you'll play a critical part in building, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our technology ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable platform infrastructure and internal developer tooling
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability across cloud and on-premise environments
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level incidents, ensuring minimal downtime
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Maintain security and compliance standards across the platform environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering (SRE)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible
- Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
