Position Summary
Celularity is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Services Representative to support our clients, internal partners, and business operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order support, issue resolution, and ongoing client communication.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance required for team meetings, training sessions, special projects, or other business needs. To support our operational and client coverage requirements, candidates must be flexible with work schedules, including the ability to work later-day and evening hours.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while working effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries.
- Respond to requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Process and manage orders, requests, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve service levels.
- Escalate complex issues as appropriate and follow through to resolution.
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration activities.

Office Attendance
- Employees are  expected to attend the office periodically for meetings, training, team events, or business-related needs.
- Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office to support these occasional in-person requirements.
Schedule Flexibility
- Flexible  scheduling may be available based on business needs.
- Preferred candidates can support later-day and evening operational coverage.
- Typical schedules may extend through 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, or 9:00 PM based on departmental requirements.
Team Collaboration
- Employees must be available during designated team overlap hours for meetings, collaboration, and client support.
- The ability to adjust work schedules as business demands evolve is essential.
On-Call Availability
- Participation in a rotating on-call schedule may be required to support client needs during holidays, weekends, and off-hours emergencies.
Requirements

Required
- High school  diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, client services, customer support, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly collaborative.
Preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
- Experience  with order management, customer account support, or client relationship management.
- Prior experience working remotely and managing competing priorities independently.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to      work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to      participate in occasional on-site meetings and training sessions.
- Ability to      communicate effectively via telephone, video conferencing, and email.
