Responsibilities Provide excellent, high-quality nursing care while utilizing best nursing practices Provide direct care to residents and meet their medical and psychosocial needs Work in conjunction with Respiratory Therapists to assist with the management of tracheostomies and ventilators Interact daily with residents and build meaningful, supportive relationships Collaborate with the Medical Director to facilitate resident care and needs Work with management and administrative staff to enhance facility operations Oversee and direct care provided by CNAs Shift Full-time 40 hours per week 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Every Other Weekend QualificationsLicensure Current, unrestricted LPN license in the State of Mississippi Certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Experience Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
