This position plays an important role in keeping our department running efficiently by managing ordering, inventory, shipping and receiving, supplies, and equipment, while also providing support with orthotic and prosthetic fabrication and patient care activities. What You'll Do Order orthotic and prosthetic materials, supplies, and equipment. Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute shipments and department supplies. Maintain accurate inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered. Coordinate shipping of devices, materials, and other items to patients, vendors, and facilities as needed. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, backorders, and product availability. Maintain organized storage areas and ensure supplies are readily available to the Orthotics & Prosthetics team. Assist with inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and department organization. Assist certified clinicians with fabrication, repairs, modifications, and finishing of orthotic and prosthetic devices. Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, vacuum-forming equipment, and other fabrication equipment as needed. Assist with basic patient fittings and measurements under the direction of certified clinicians. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday  QualificationsEducation High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Certificate from an Orthotic/Prosthetic Technical School preferred. Previous experience in an accredited Orthotic & Prosthetic facility preferred. Experience with ordering, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or supply coordination is highly desirable. Experience using hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, or other mechanical tools is a plus. Healthcare or medical supply experience is preferred but not required. Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage inventory and prioritize multiple orders and responsibilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with vendors, clinicians, patients, and other members of the healthcare team. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn fabrication techniques. Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
