Prestige Animal Hospital South in Fontana, CA is looking to welcome a part-time Associate Veterinarian to our amazing team!

Our Facility:Our spacious two-story hospital is AAHA-accredited and well equipped with:

• 4 treatment rooms and a dedicated surgical suite
• Isolation room and separate cat ward
• Spacious treatment area
• Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
• Ultrasound and cold laser
• In-house laboratory station
• Dedicated dental wet table
• 4 large runs for our larger canine patients

Our caseload is approximately 40% cats, 30% small dogs, and 30% large dogs, with doctors seeing approximately 13–15 patients per day depending on surgery and walk-in volume. We are also happy to accommodate walk-ins when possible and support local animal welfare through rescue partnerships and community spay/neuter programs.

Our Team:You'll be joining 6 veterinary assistants, 2 primary DVMs, and 2 relief DVMs who genuinely work together. We don't believe in "that's not my job"—everyone contributes, supports one another, and helps keep the hospital running smoothly. Our team has been together for years, and we are excited to welcome someone new into our hospital family.

Our Schedule:This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility based on your availability.

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM — Surgery day
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Potential additional day on Monday or Friday
• Monday may also be a surgery day
• No after-hours or on-call requirements

• $70,000–$120,000 annualized compensation, based on experience and schedule

Job Requirements:

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• California veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
• Passion for patient care and client communication
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
