Automotive Parts Advisor
Fury Motors – Forest Lake, MN
$22–$28 per hour | Full-time | Monday–Friday

Fury Motors is looking for an organized, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Forest Lake team. In this role, you will help customers and technicians get the correct parts quickly and accurately while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- No evenings or weekends

What You’ll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests
- Identify and source automotive parts using catalogs, VIN lookups, and manufacturer systems
- Supply technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately
- Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and core returns
- Receive, stock, label, and organize inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and bin locations
- Coordinate parts deliveries and pickups as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, and other team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe Parts Department
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company’s driving requirements
- Ability to make parts deliveries and pickups as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience
- General automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle systems
- Experience using manufacturer parts catalogs
- Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in both customer-facing and parts-storage environments
