Job Description

Position Summary 

We are seeking a skilled Network/System Administrator II to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing networks, servers, and systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have experience in network administration, system troubleshooting, and implementing IT solutions to enhance efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers.
  • Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability.
  • Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points.
  • Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to Networks.
  • Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment.
  • Responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Clearance: TS/SCI and ability to take/pass a Polygraph.
  • Some Technical College courses preferred but not required.
  • Baseline Certification: A+ CE, Network + CE, Security+ CE, or SSCP, or CCNA-Security
  • OS Certification: Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
  • 5 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments
