Location - Remote Full-Time Position

Hiring for the following shift: 

- Tuesday to Friday: 10:00pm to 8:00am 

Training schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm (first few weeks)

Key Qualifications

  • High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred  
  • Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing shipments is an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products  
  • An eye for detail is critical for success in the role        
  • A proactive problem solving mindset                                                                                        

Description of Role: 

As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international  imports are cleared for entry into US. 

  • Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database 
  • Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone
  • Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
