This is an onsite position based at our corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Compensation: The anticipated pay range is $27.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
Job Responsibilities
Interact with all parts of the organization, from store personnel and leadership to assorted corporate departments (Operations, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics)Ā
Work with stores and Service Advisors to support configuration changes to assorted toolsĀ
Analyze store performance and prepare reports for managementĀ
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsĀ
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededĀ
Other duties as assignedĀ
Ā
QualificationsĀ Required:
High school diploma requiredĀ
Knowledge of and experience in automotive service, primarily in the dealership spaceĀ
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalĀ
Basic knowledge of Excel with the ability to learn quicklyĀ
Ā
PreferredĀ
Some knowledge of CDK and assorted After-Sales toolsĀ
Experience in customer service/support, with an understanding of the importance of the āinternal customerāĀ
2ā5 years of automotive experienceĀ
