CDL-A Trainee Program

Hook Intro

Fresh out of CDL school? Don't jump straight into a solo run. Spend a few weeks learning the ropes from an experienced driver, get paid the whole time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• Pass a hair and urine drug screen

The Training Program

• 4 to 6 weeks paired one-on-one with a veteran driver
• Guaranteed $850 weekly pay, direct deposit every Friday
• Roll straight into full solo pay once you're cleared
• Pick weekly or bi-weekly home time after training

Once You're Solo

• $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• Top 20% of our drivers clear $1,800+ weekly
• Performance and safety bonuses stack on top

• No-touch dry van, Eastern Regional Fleet
• Fuel and toll costs covered by the company
• Dispatch available 24/7

On the Job

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, every run
• Accurate ELD logging
• On-time pickups and deliveries
• Clear communication with dispatch and customers
