We are seeking a Builder Admin & Scheduling Agent to join our ArqAi Support Center located in Fort Myers, FL. If you are a highly organized professional who thrives on keeping complex schedules on track and ensuring project logistics run smoothly, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Builder Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule new construction residential subcontractor work directly with builders, managing project timelines and field availability.
- Order Creation: Accurately create, process, and track purchase orders, work orders, and materials needed for upcoming residential builds.
- Builder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for builders regarding schedule changes, project status updates, and administrative logistics.
- Data Management: Keep internal systems updated with real-time project statuses, purchase order numbers, and builder schedules.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in construction administration, logistics, scheduling, or purchasing. Direct experience working with residential builders or subcontractors is highly preferred.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills—you know how to handle moving pieces without letting things slip through the cracks.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and assertive communication skills to manage expectations with external builders and internal field teams.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and order management systems.
