Description:
Sandbox Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider, is seeking dependable, safety-first Pickup & Delivery (P&D) Drivers to join our Tupelo team. As a P&D Driver, you will deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences using company-provided FedEx-branded vehicles.

As a P&D Driver, you will deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences using company-provided FedEx-branded vehicles.
Position Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a FedEx Ground-branded delivery vehicle (step van, box truck, or similar)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle daily
- Load, deliver, and pick up packages along designated routes
- Scan and log all packages using a provided scanner
- Interact professionally with customers while ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx Ground’s service standards
- Follow DOT, company, and terminal safety protocols at all times
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
Minimum Requirements:
- 12 months of verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years OR 5 years in the past 10 years (box truck, step van, or similar vehicle)
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL NOT required)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with a dolly or team assistance
- Reliable, punctual, and customer service-focused
Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday (5-day work week)
- Weekend availability required during peak seasons
- Start time: 7:30 AM until route completion
