As a Financial Advisor, you will report to the Managing Director and serve as a key relationship builder and strategist within the advisory team. You will oversee the development of comprehensive financial plans, drive portfolio growth, and partner closely with the Relationship Manager and Operations team to deliver an exceptional, holistic client experience.

In this role, you will provide strategic direction across asset allocation, tax optimization, retirement planning, and client acquisition, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance across all advisory activities. You will play a critical role in expanding the firm's client base and contributing directly to the firm’s long-term growth strategy.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Client Consultations: Meet with prospects and existing clients to assess financial needs, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
  • Develop Tailored Financial Plans: Construct holistic strategies covering retirement planning, wealth preservation, tax mitigation, and estate coordination.
  • Design Portfolio Strategies: Partner with senior leadership to formulate customized asset allocation and investment recommendations.
  • Execute Portfolio Management: Supervise rebalancing and trade execution activities in direct coordination with the Relationship Manager.
  • Drive Business Development: Proactively network, capture organic leads, and host educational seminars to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Participate in high-net-worth client meetings to present performance reviews and adapt plans to life changes.
  • Maintain Regulatory Integrity: Ensure all client advice and documentation comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside the Director of Operations to streamline client onboarding and optimize client deliverables.
  • Educate and Empower Clients: Explain complex financial concepts, market dynamics, and portfolio structures in highly digestible terms.

 

What You Bring: 

  • Proven Advisory Excellence: Demonstrated track record of managing private wealth clients and driving capital retention in a wealth management environment.
  • Strong Portfolio Construction Expertise: Working knowledge of asset allocation models, macroeconomic trends, and diverse financial instruments.
  • Active Licensing & Credentials: Hold all proper securities and insurance licenses with a preferred Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation (or equivalent).
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Absolute confidence presenting complex financial proposals directly to sophisticated clients and high-net-worth stakeholders.
  • Dynamic Business Acumen: A growth-oriented mindset with a natural aptitude for networking, relationship cultivation, and strategic sales.
  • Advanced Analytical Capabilities: Proficient in gathering fiscal data and converting it into actionable, customized wealth paths.
  • Software Familiarity: Deep experience navigating modern financial planning software, portfolio management platforms, and CRM systems.
