We are seeking Bartenders to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Bartender, you will impact the lives of senior adults through serving our members in our beautiful Dining area. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  • Interact with members, take orders and serve drinks/snacks.
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Stay member focused and nurture an excellent experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Requires completion of TABC certification course and attainment of TABC Bartender license.
  • Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.
  • Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
  • Working knowledge of bartending, food handling, sequence of service.
  • A friendly attitude and a servant’s heart.
